About

I am a Principal Researcher at Microsoft Research (MSR), Redmond. My research focuses on advancing foundation LLMs through end-to-end reinforcement learning and agentic frameworks. I develop models that can reason and act over long horizons, use tools effectively, and learn through interaction with complex environments. A central goal of my work is to build models that continually acquire and refine their knowledge, skills, and strategies through experience and feedback. I earned my Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Texas A&M University (TAMU).
